Basic Gaining Diet Plan for Beginner's
Meal 1
- Morning, 2 Banana
- 200ml Milk
- 10-12 Almonds
Meal 2
- 4 Brown bread / 60gms Oats / Dalia
- 2 Peanut butter scope
- 2 whole Eggs (for Non-vegetarians)
Meal 3
- Boiled Rice
- Potato (mixed)
- Dal Sabzi + Curd
Meal 4
- Dalia
- 50-80gm's Peanuts
- 1 Banana
Meal 5
- Banana shake
- 2 Brown Bread
Meal 6
Important instructions:-
- 2-3 hours gap between each meal
- No overeating
- Change your diet plan after every 2-3 months
- Focus on heavy lifting
