How to gain weight for diet plan





Basic Gaining Diet Plan for Beginner's

Meal 1 

  • Morning, 2 Banana  
  • 200ml Milk  
  • 10-12 Almonds

Meal 2

  • 4 Brown bread / 60gms Oats / Dalia  
  • 2 Peanut butter scope  
  • 2 whole Eggs (for Non-vegetarians)

Meal 3

  • Boiled Rice  
  • Potato (mixed)  
  • Dal Sabzi + Curd

Meal 4  

  • Dalia  
  • 50-80gm's Peanuts  
  • 1 Banana

Meal 5      

  • Banana shake  
  • 2 Brown Bread

Meal 6  

  • Dal Roti  
  • 150gm's Paneer          


Important instructions:-

  1. 2-3 hours gap between each meal
  2. No overeating
  3. Change your diet plan after every 2-3 months
  4. Focus on heavy lifting
